Fieldbound draws its field characters, habitat notes and identification limits from the linked atlas profiles. Each entry links to its museum or project source. Broad habitat associations and the day/night model guide gameplay; they do not predict local occurrence or conservation status. Calm camera changes the motion challenge; scores are personal and not verified competitive rankings.
Original game artwork generated with OpenAI ImageGen: eight landscape panels, twelve insect-group avatars and four ranger views. Species sharing an avatar are distinguished by their names and evidence notes, not by the stylised art. Your photo logbook is never used as a game encounter.
